Made in Chelsea: new series details revealed and it sounds MISERABLE

'That's very classic MiC...'

when does made in chelsea start again

Oh, we do love following the lives of the rich and the famous and none more so than the girls and guys of Made in Chelsea.

From the days of Spencer Matthews and Caggie Dunlop right through to the era of Lucy Watson and Stevie Johnson and beyond, the cast of MiC is an ever changing collection of party boys and posh girls that enjoy Bloody Marys, brunch and kissing people they probably shouldn't be.

The most recent episodes are no different (we are looking at you, Miles Nazaire) and as we prepare for the hottest season yet (quite literally, as the cast have been filming in BALI. So not fair) let's take a quick look and what we know about the fanciest reality TV show around.

When does Made in Chelsea return?

Made in Chelsea’s 24th (twenty fourth!!) series began on Monday 17 October and is currently airing every Monday night at 9pm on E4. The latest series has only just started and the cast are already in Bali filming the next series although it's not yet known when this will air.

When does Made in Chelsea Bali start?

WELL, on a recent episode of Sophie Habboo and Melissa Tattam's podcast it was revealed the Made in Chelsea babes were in Bali for a casual five weeks filming the upcoming season. They lead such a hard life.

Addressing Melissa’s absence on the podcast, Sophie said, “Melissa’s in Bali. I’m so upset.”

She continued, “I just have to reiterate, just because she’s in Bali for five weeks, this is the only podcast that will be like this. She will be back the following week, so don’t you guys fret.

“She in Bali. She’s having so much fun, but guys it’s raining the whole time she’s there.”

But despite the exotic filming location, Sophie – and her fiancé Jamie Laing, who was filling in for Melissa on a recent episode of the podcast – revealed that conditions are less than ideal right now as it’s currently rainy season on the island.

“By the way, this time of year it is rainy. They’ve gone at the rainy time,” Jamie added, to which Sophie replied, “That’s very classic MiC. They’re going to take you in the off peak. It’s always off peak wherever they go.”

Brb, we're off to get our tiny violins.

There are rumours that the Bali-based series will start at the end of December, although this hasn't been confirmed yet.

What will happen in Made in Chelsea Bali?

The drama that is soon to unfold on the Bali special is going to be unreal. Melissa has revealed that she's back with her boyfriend Toby Watkins, so we're hoping he could make an appearance. And with Ella May Ding being spotted in Bali, will she be back for round two with ole' Miles?

It could be an interesting meet up especially as rumours of Miles dating co-star Ruby Adler were floating around when they shared a cute pic of them together looking very couple-y.

Who is on Made in Chelsea?

The majority of our Made in Chelsea faves returned for series 24, including Liv Bentley, Miles Nazaire, Emily Blackwell, Maeva D’Ascanio, Melissa Tattam, James Taylor, Ollie Locke-Locke, Gareth Locke-Locke, Julius Cowdrey, Digby Edgley, Tristan Phipps, Ruby Adler, Reza Amiri-Garroussi and Sam Prince.

Made in Chelsea: Mallorca stars Willow Day and Issy Francis-Baum have also joined the rest of the cast in London, although it remains to be seen Malek Amro and India Hovenden will pop up on this series.

One new face who joined the cast was Married At First Sight Australia star Ella May Ding. She was confirmed to be joining the show earlier this year and rumours about a potential relationship with Miles began to quickly circulate, sadly if you have watched of this series you'll know that didn't go quite to plan....

Her arrival was announced back in August when the official Made in Chelsea Instagram account posted a picture of Ella in Chelsea Square and wrote, "The sun may have set on Mallorca but there’s a new ray of sunshine coming to Chelsea this autumn. ☀️ @ellamayding, welcome to #MadeInChelsea #MAFSA".

Is Made in Chelsea scripted?

Made in Chelsea is classed as 'structured reality,' so we assume they mean the scenes are set up but the cast members reactions are all real, baby.

Where can I watch Made in Chelsea?

As Made in Chelsea is currently on telly you can watch it every Monday on E4 at 9pm (sometimes a touch later if another show rudely interrupts our important MiC viewing), otherwise head over to the All 4 website to catch up.
